Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Information

All orders placed with Profound Peptides will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. with delivery confirmation. Orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends, will ship the next day after order is placed. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to be updated after receiving your tracking information. If any products are out of stock causing a delay in shipping, we will notify you. Please note, larger orders may require additional verification. Orders over $300 will require a signature for delivery.

Domestic Shipping

Profound Peptides offers the following shipping options:

  • Express Shipping: 2-8 business days – $15.00 vis FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority
  • FedEx or UPS Overnight: 1-2 business days – $50.00 

We also offer a FREE Express Shipping option for USA Domestic orders over $300. The time of arrival estimates are calculated from the day your order ships, excluding any FedEx, UPS, or USPS delays or holidays. Weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances can affect delivery time.

Profound Peptides makes no guarantees regarding delivery times once your order has left our warehouse. We use third-party shipping providers that sometimes experience delays beyond our control.

Refund Policy
